Meet Caley Braun, LCSW
Caley specializes in helping adults, teens, and children heal trauma and navigate depression, anxiety, life stressors, and transitions. She also provides individual and couples therapy to her clients. She brings an open, creative, and relational style to her work, utilizing a holistic approach that integrates mindfulness, neurobiology, and attachment with trauma-focused and evidence-based therapies.
Caley uses a blend of EMDR, Synergetic Play Therapy, Parts Work, and Attachment-focused Family Therapy, while incorporating creative elements that are unique to each client. Caley aims to provide a light on the path to healing and growth as she works with you to establish safety, build awareness, process the past, and form new ways of coping.
Trauma and stress shape the way we relate to ourselves, others, and the world, creating patterns of protection that hold us back from living the lives we long for. Caley sees therapy as a collaborative exploration that nurtures connection, invites curiosity, and ultimately leads to inner and outer harmony. She believes the foundation of any healing process is a safe and authentic relationship where all parts of you feel seen and heard. This dynamic fosters the shared connection needed to tune in to difficult emotions and sensations at the right pace for your system and reshape the way you connect with yourself, others, and the world.
Caley brings a relational and person-centered style to therapy, using a holistic approach that integrates mindfulness, neurobiology, and attachment with trauma-focused and somatic therapies. She will embrace your whole self with curiosity and compassion, using your unique insight and interests to guide the therapy process.
She is drawn to help people explore their emotional worlds and build skills to navigate them. While fear and stress are wired into our human nature, so is our innate capacity to grow and thrive.
